Arterial and venous Ecocolor Doppler is a non-invasive and painless diagnostic technique that allows one to visualize the main blood vessels and to study the blood flow inside them. With extreme precision the probe is placed on the interested part and the data collected are transmitted to software that displays the blood flow in color: the venous blood is shown in blue, the arterial in red. Its function is the study and monitoring of vascular diseases such as thrombosis, aneurysms, circulatory insufficiencies, and arterial and venous stenosis.
